Nevada’s chief medical officer has stepped down to take a new post at the UNLV medical school.
A spokeswoman with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services said Dr. Tracey Green started last week as vice dean for clinical affairs and professor of family medicine at the UNLV School of Medicine.
Green was formerly the chief medical officer in the state health department’s Division of Public and Behavioral Health.
