Intermountain Health Recognized by Las Vegas Review-Journal and Business Press as One of Nevada’s Top Workplaces for 2023.
Results are determined by an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage, a technology organization that has surveyed more than 27 million employees over 17 years and recognized organizations across more than 55 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards.
“We are thrilled to receive the Nevada Top Workplaces award, a recognition of Intermountain Health’s commitment to enabling our caregivers to thrive both professionally and personally,” said Paul Krakovitz, MD, Intermountain Health Region President. “Being a part of Nevada healthcare is a privilege. We are a forever organization devoted to providing quality care at our more than 60 clinics throughout the Southern Nevada community. This award is a testament to our hardworking and dedicated caregivers that embody our mission to help people live the healthiest lives possible every day.”
The methodology for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Business Press Top Workplaces, in partnership with Energage, starts with employee feedback gathered through the third-party survey. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of an organization including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, chief executive officer of Energage. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“At Intermountain Health, we value our diverse workforce, and we empower our caregivers to be their authentic selves,” said Tracy Stanford, Intermountain Health’s region vice president of human resources. “Our caregivers know that they have flexibility, as well as access to ongoing professional development opportunities, benefits, and programs that positively impact their lives. We offer fulfilling opportunities in an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive environment. If you’re looking for a rewarding career in healthcare, we’re currently hiring and would love to welcome new caregivers to the Intermountain Health team.”
