Sip & Savor, Las Vegas’ signature philanthropic event hosted by Wolfgang Puck, returns for another evening benefitting Keep Memory Alive supporting Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
On Tuesday, February 12 from 6:00-9:00 p.m., guests are welcomed to join Wolfgang Puck at LUPO inside Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino for an unforgettable dine-around experience filled with delectable bites, fine wines, cocktails, and more.
The evening will bring together a collection of Vegas’ favorite Wolfgang restaurants as chefs including Dustin Lewandowski (Wolfgang Puck Corporate Chef Las Vegas), Kamel Guechida (Wolfgang Puck Corporate Pastry Chef), Matt Hurley (Executive Chef of CUT), Dylan Hallas (Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand), Vincenzo Scarmiglia (Executive Chef of Cucina), Shawn Giordano (Executive Chef of LUPO), and Mark Andelbradt (Executive Chef of Spago), set up live action stations around the restaurant and cook up signature dishes for guests throughout the night.
The live action stations surrounding LUPO will serve a surprising array of fresh and made-to-order dishes, including handmade breads, pastas and pizzas (which will be demonstrated); a Suckling Pig, seafood risotto and basil pesto action stations; fresh mozzarella; and a garden bar with farmer’s market pickled vegetables and crisp salads. A cannoli, Italian ice, and gelato bar will top off the decadent affair alongside fresh-baked pastries, granita and Italian nougat.
Guests also may indulge in a selection of fine wines from more than 20 wineries, a Negroni bar with an interactive ice lounge hosted by Campari; an Amora tasting bar, house-made Limoncello and much more.
All ticket prices include complimentary valet at Mandalay Bay’s West Valet (Near Delano). The event will also welcome the musical stylings of Michael Shulman throughout the night.
