Colon cancer lecture and panel discussion followed by booth session with special guests American Cancer Society and Access to Healthcare Network
What: H2U (Health to You) and MountainView Hospital will host a community outreach event, Wednesday, Dec. 19 from noon to 3:30 p.m. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Lunch will be provided and followed by a colon cancer lecture presented by a hematology-oncology clinical nurse specialist. We will hold a panel discussion with a colorectal surgeon-GI physician, clinical nurse specialist, pharmacist, genetic testing specialist, dietitian and primary nurse.
An informational booth session will take place 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
