Recruiting Nevada’s healthcare network (which included NVNurses.com, NVMedicalJobs.com and NVDoctorJobs.com) that was contracted by 93% of the hospitals in Las Vegas. The Recruiting Nevada Network attracted an average of 300 highly qualified registered nurse and allied health applicants each month looking to relocate to Las Vegas and solved a community crisis while healthcare education infrastructure was being developed. This solution reduced the average cost-per-hire by over 80%, saving the region hundreds of millions of dollars in inflated labor costs driven up by third party agencies.

The Healthcare 20/20 Program has since been recognized the most successful workforce training program in the history of Nevada, delivering a $10.2 economic impact ( or a 14x ROI), creating health care jobs that paid more than double the workforce agencies average salary and creating those jobs for less than 60% of the cost of any other provider.
