Southern Hills Hospital welcomes new Vice President of Human Resources Jennifer McDonell to its administration team. McDonell comes to Southern Hills with extensive experience in labor relations, recruitment and benefits administration.

McDonell most recently served as the HR Director for government contractor supporting the United States military. She was responsible for supporting employee relations in a union environment, recruitment, benefits administration, coaching and counseling. Prior to that, McDonell worked for 12 years at Jewish Senior Life in Rochester, NY as the HR Director.
